Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Scones

A nice simple scone recipe. Tasted perfectly good to me and my girl. I did however add chocolate chips to the mix, but you can add what ever you want really. Best enjoyed with a proper cup of English tea, duh!!
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

While I’m writing this post, I’m actually waiting to bake these. I’ve actually done a little addition to these, as is normal for me. What I did is added a little ground nutmeg. It made it smell super good, and I’m hoping it makes it taste good too.
Apple Cookie Crisp Cups

This is a great tasting recipe. It originally called for a caramel drizzle, but I decided that may be too much since the apples are caramelized, so we made some vanilla icing, and cream cheese icing. I will add those recipes to the bottom of this.
Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
This one is pretty basic, pretty easy, and a standard I think in most child hoods.
Cinnamon Rolls

Found this online, made a few tweaks, and it really is good. The original claim is that this is “an easy alternative to buying those famous cinnamon rolls in the mall. They taste exactly the same…” I can not however comment on this, as I have not had those famous Mall Rolls in a while. lol. […]
Ultimate Chocolate Cookies

This is pretty good, I tried it the other day, and baking is a bit tricky. I am going to have to try baking sheets with silicone mat’s next time. See if that works a bit better.
Lemon Curd
Made this once, and it’s wonderful. However, my grandmother makes this like it’s not one’s business. lol.
Peanut Butter Cookies
Made these a few times. Always good. Pretty simple, not much to really say about them. lol.
Snow-Capped Chocolate Crinkles

Another one of the Christmas cookie bunch!!! Always makes a wonderful cookie.
