This is an amazing Chocolate Fondue recipe. We had all sorts of stuff to dip into it, like Marshmallows, Pretzels, Raspberries, Bananas, Apples, Strawberries, and a few other things I can’t remember right now. But it was all yummy!! Dip whatever really, as long as it goes with chocolate!

Ingredients

  

• 2 Cups Heavy Cream
• 1 Lbs. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips About 2 cups
• 1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 Tbsp. Brandy

Instructions

 

• Warm Heavy Cream in a fondue pot. Slowly mix in Chocolate Chips, then Vanilla and Brandy.

Notes

 

When we made this, we made it with about 1 1/2ish cups of Semi Sweet Chocolate, and 1/2ish cups of Dark/Bittersweet Chocolate. It turned out extremely well and we think made a very balanced Fondue, didn't turn out too sweet at all, and we feel if we had used a full 2 cups of semi sweet, it may have been too sweet. But it's really up to you.
