Spanish Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Long Grain Rice
  • 1/8 Cup Oil
  • 8 Oz Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 1 Cube Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 Dash Cumin
  • 1 Dash Garlic Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat Oil in large frying pan on medium heat.
    1/8 Cup Oil
  • Add Rice and cook until golden brown.
    2 Cups Long Grain Rice
  • Add 1 Chicken bouillon cube to your 4 cups water and microwave for 3 minutes, or until lightly boiling.
    4 Cups Water, 1 Cube Chicken Bouillon
  • When rice is brown, add Water, Tomato Sauce, Salt, Minced Garlic, Cumin, and Garlic Pepper to pan.
    8 Oz Tomato Sauce, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Minced Garlic, 1 Dash Cumin, 1 Dash Garlic Pepper
  • Stir well and cover pan. Let simmer for about 30-40 minutes or until rice is cooked and there is no more liquid left. Fluff before serving and enjoy.
