Warm Heavy Cream in a fondue pot. Slowly mix in Chocolate Chips, then Vanilla and Brandy.

When we made this, we made it with about 1 1/2ish cups of Semi Sweet Chocolate, and 1/2ish cups of Dark/Bittersweet Chocolate. It turned out extremely well and we think made a very balanced Fondue, didn't turn out too sweet at all, and we feel if we had used a full 2 cups of semi sweet, it may have been too sweet. But it's really up to you.
